Crowder Services is a small company with one employee and a helper, we do small sub-contracting in commercial new construction projects. Residential billing is due at time of service and commercial company that are approved for billing net 10 or 15 days to pay.

Mr. Crowder came in and we could tell that he'd be nice to work with.  He's very good natured and seems to have a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for what he does.  He contacted an electrician and a drywall guy he had worked with in the past, at our request.  They were both similarly great.  Work started promptly after we closed on the house.  As the work progressed, he came to unexpected stopping points.  He was quick to pivot and find a solution.  At one point, he found a space to put a return that prevented us from having to construct a costly and ugly drywall alcove in our main living room!  Considering the complexities of installing duct in a split level house, he and his men completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, about 2 weeks.  The house is very comfortable.  When we discovered that some of the pipes were sweating a small amount of water, he promptly came to fix that.  Great job guys!

Update 1/11/14:  We were concerned about some noise the unit was making at night.  He came down the next day and showed us how the noise was a result of the defrosting function of the machine, putting our minds at ease.  Great service after the install!
