Horrible experience. Spent more than $4000 one year ago for bat accumulation on porches. We did what they recommended. Bats came back. We are in midst of two year warranty. Called technician who said there was nothing that could be done, but how would you know if you haven't come back to look. After multiple calls, they finally agreed to have someone come out. This never happened. Can not reach anyone at their main company by phone unless you state you're requesting new work. We talked to someone on the "new work" line two separate days, and each time we were told someone would call us in 24 hours. Didn't happen. I tried reaching out to technician again, who stopped answering calls or texts. All we want is accountability for work and services done, and honoring of warranty. To achieve such goals we are having to call wildlife commission and seek assistance from an attorney. Critter Control took our money and ghosted us. I would not recommend this companyto anyone under any circumstance.

I had used Critter Control in the past when they had an excellent woman who was their main technician and under whose exterminator license they operated. She was great, sought the source of an ant infestation I had rather than just spraying anywhere. She also removed several opossums at another time. A couple years later I called them when I had chipmunks under the house (a tall crawl space) and was informed their former technician had left their business and they could no longer do exterminating (I was also looking to do a new termite inspection). The "inspection" they charged me $139 for consisted of me going under the house with the technician, showing him where they got in, and a half-hearted peek at some fallen insulation. He put in a trap, but when I asked if he shouldn't close off the access, he just shrugged and said something along the lines of needing to verify where they were getting in. I had to check the trap daily and called them to pick up the first chipmunk, leaving a message and asking again if they shouldn't be concerned about the entry point. They picked up and reset the trap, but didn't do anything about closing the hole. I called again with the next chipmunk, again expressing concern and when the tech came out, he shoved a cinder block over the hole, but I later saw a chipmunk scoot underneath it. I called a third time for the 3rd critter and expressed concern that I was just paying them to trap out my backyard, and finally took matters into my own hands, figured out where they were getting in, closed off the access myself both inside and outside and had no more problems. I've used other pest control agencies, like All Natural Pest Control, who were very good at making sure they figured out how the squirrels were getting into an attic where I used to live, and guaranteed their work against repeat infestations. Critter Control ended up charging me $364 to remove three chipmunks and would have kept charging me $75 each if I hadn't dealt with the problem myself. I'd sure like to find out where their former technician went. She probably left because of their lousy business practices. Avoid them and find a more reputable business that knows what they're doing or just buy a trap yourself.

Within 1 year of infestation, they will guarantee their work and repeat treatment at no additional charge. They treat homes for infestation and injured animals in the environment. They offered me tons of information about flying squirrels and other pests. They are a very organized company with a creative advertising approach.

I have to give them an incomplete. They did not show up when they said they would to perform the work, and they didn't call to say why. When I called them they said that they were busy and would try to get to me the next day. When they still didn't call the next morning to set up an appointment I called another company that came out the same day, was cheaper, and did great work.

Critter Control did not do what they were suppose to. They say they guarantee their work. However, when we had more birds come in, they charged us again to come out and do the same exact thing. I will never use them again.
