Exterior Painting
I got a recommendation from an auto mechanic, who I knew well and he recommended. Contractor failed to show up over and over. Typically, spent an hour or two, then had numerous excuses why he was delayed. I made the mistake of paying him 1/2 up front in case he needed funds to pay for paint, etc. and held onto remainder until completion of job. Contractor met again and agreed on what he would finish up for 1/2 the job to be performed and I would do the rest. He never showed after that meeting and when I called him, he said that he would only make $60 based on the time he spent at my house. His brother came with him the first time to perform one soffit repair, but left the other undone. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this person any work!
