Costco - Greensboro

I bought it online, so I didn't really interact with anybody. It took like three weeks after we ordered it. They have in the disclaimer that it could take up to six weeks, thank goodness it didn't.

They have the best pharmacy. Glasses are really inexpensive there.  You can get a nice pair with quality for 100$ or less.

Great. They had what I wanted and needed.

The order was entered quickly and efficiently. The correct set of contacts arrived a few days later. I received a phone call that they were in and went to pick them up. In addition, insurance information for a vision plan I had was provided so I could file my claim. Picking up the contacts took no more than 10 minutes of my time. The cost of these contacts is much less when being provided via Costco versus my eye doctor's office.

First visit included a thorough exam, and a nice discussion of what my expectations from the device were. The hearing aid she recommended was very reasonably priced, (in typical Costco fashion, half what other hearing aids I had tried were). I of course researched the device on line, and it had great reviews. She was patient during the fitting and at the many subsequent visits to get it set up to my needs. Aside from her professionalism, she was very personable. I never was made to feel I was wasting her time and she thoroughly explained every step of the process. I ended up keeping the hearing aids, which of all the ones I tried (and I tried several) worked well. Even after a year of owning them, she says HI when she sees me in the store, has done a few more adjustments for me, at no cost, and each time replaces the disposable tips for me, again at no cost.The Costco warranty is great, 3 years coverage, including replacement free if I lose them. ( I sent a coworker to her for hearing aids, and he did lose one after a while..it was replaced at no cost).
