The Tech looked up code and to fix would be to replace a touch pad. To replace was half of what we paid. Out of warranty. Electrolux stove 9 years old. The Tech said all could do. He could not believe the cost of new touch pad. Nothing was done.

Warranty work on a faily new Maytag washer. Arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. Fixed it that day. Explained the problem in detail to me so it wouldn’t happen again. I would not have any problem using their services in the future.

The company was very responsive and came out the same day. He was very honest and professional. He came back later in the week with the part and completed the order. He didn’t ask for any money up front because he hadn’t done any work the first day.

Talked with Vince who was very professional and knowledgeable, and scheduled a service call the next day. Chris, the service technician called that he would be able to come earlier than scheduled and was professional and thorough in explaining the problem. He was able to replace the igniter that he had with him, without having to order the part. The cost was very reasonable and I was impressed with the people and service. Will certainly use them again in future for any appliance repairs.

The service call was for the refrigerator water dispenser not dispensing water or doing so sporadically. The icemaker wasn't making ice as often as it should either. Through process of elimination the icemaker was replaced. Which I believed resolved the water dispenser dilemma, as both are now working properly. My issue is when I called again within 1 week because the dishwasher wasn't working. Well both are considered large appliances and the second call/appointment to come out was another $75.00 trip charge I was told by repairman the first charge is good for 90 days. But I had to pay another $75.00 for this repairman to tell me the dishwasher has no power coming to it and he repairs large appliances, I need a electrician. In my opinion this is gouging. So no repeat calls to them and no recommendations to others. Fast-forward to June, 2015 I had to have someone else come out again to repair icemaker (not producing ice). When the repairman came he saw the problem almost instantly. The icemaker that was supposedly new when installed by this repairman was used. It was damaged/bent. I was with the new repairman the whole time, watched him take it out, so I know this guy was honest. So in addition to the above issues with this company, they are dishonest as well.

Danny had worked on our Whirlpool refrig/freezer under warranty and had to make 4 calls to replace faulty product sent by the mfr. He recommended cutting my l losses and seeing if I could work out something with the Lowes manager (which worked out well). I have found Convenient Appliance and Danny in particular to be very professional, responsive and most of all honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have a KitchenAid dishwasher that has needed eleven service calls in three years. Constant electrical failures with this machine. Convenient Appliance has done all the repair work both under the factory warranty and under the extended warranty that I purchased (thank goodness!).
Their service technicians are top-notch. They are well trained and there is no guess work involved when they are servicing an appliance. They are always on time! The first thing the service tech does is lay out a protective pad to cover the floor in front of the dishwasher. When the repairs are completed, the exterior of the dishwasher is cleaned.
This is about as good as it gets. I would use Convenient Appliance to repair any appliance in my home, in warranty or not.

When he came to install the part, he removed the cover and discovered that we did not need the part after all since a pipe was bent and a plumber would be needed to repair the pipe. He did not charge for the second visit. I am deeply grateful for his assistance and will definitely call Convenient Appliance Service again!

The service person (Danny) came when scheduled and offered to try to reglue the broken piece of the lid. We elected to order a new lid. He did a temporary fix so the machine could be used until the new lid arrived. Several days later the new lid came in and he returned to install the lid at no additional charge, since the installation was a 2 minute job.

Bob B. called 15 minutes out and let me know he was on his way. He was professional both technically and personally. He evaluated the issue, fixed it and then ran the dishwasher to insure it was working. He cleaned up afterwards and then was on his way.
