To say this project was a major renovation would be the understatement of the year. This was a complete gut beyond the studs, saving only the brick facade and roof gables with a major addition, upstairs dormer, and addition of two story detached garage all while trying to keep to the historic look of the neighborhood and on a strict timeline. Lees attention to detail, resourcefulness and keen eye when applying architects design to function and form, even improving on the original drawings. Lee not only has insight into the proper ways and order to perform major renovations, she also has an incredible eye for design and always doing what is going to be best in the long run for your home. She also listens and tries to give the homeowner everything they want and then some. I would have no reservations to recommending this company to family and friends.

We hired them to build an addition for my Dad. Lee was very communicative with all changes and updates. The project ran smoothly and we were complete in 3 months. We have had no issues thus far and the addition looks as if it were part of the original house. Very pleased!

I hired this company to do a total bathroom remodel. The contractor communicated daily about the status of the work and visited the site daily. The demo work was done quickly with minimal disturbance to my house. The tile, plumbing, electrical, painting and cabinetry subs were on time each day, respectful of my property and completely professional. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend this company!
