Nice professional service Way overpriced compared to prior cleanings from another Chem Dry franchise Service completed within 30 minutes and just don't feel I received value for my money spent Had a coupon for $159 for 5 rooms and was quoted over $307 for what needed to be done---- had to ask for a better price Again, gentleman who came out were very nice but I will look elsewhere for future work

We have used them before and love the service. On time, professionally survey and assess situation, and then do the work as discussed. Work was done in a very timely fashion with excellent results. Could not be happier

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were polite, helpful and informative. I had a rug that had pet stains on it, and I was trying to decide whether to send it out or try and do it myself (money reasons). Rich sat and talked to me about ways I could do it myself to save money. No one else I called cared enough to do that. I ended up sending all my rugs. They came out and picked them up, including moving a bed off of one to get to it.

It was 4 walk area rooms in hallway. The cleaning went pretty well. I was a little surprised by the price, $238 The reason I picked Chemdry is because they said it would be dry 2-4 hours after they left. It was about 2 days until it was dry. They were nice and very polite.

They did not try to sell more than I needed. They gave me the options and let me choose. They did not try to up sell. The over the phone estimate was pretty close to what they charged. They were very professional, nice and polite. Did a good job.

We called and had them give us a quote which was about $120 and the final price actually came in at $80. This company was good at returning phone calls the same day. They did an excellent job with the rug and would certainly use them again.

I called. We scheduled. I understand they arrived at the time they said they would and actually the job took less time than anticipated.

Technicians were quick and knowledgeable. They did a great job.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THERE WERE A FEW STAINS THAT THEY COULD NOT GET OUT, BUT THE PAID A LOT OF ATTENTION TO THEM.

CHEM-DRY WAS ON TIME, THEY WERE EASY TO CONTACT, THEY MADE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING BEFORE FINISHING UP, AND THEIR PRICES ARE REALLY GOOD FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE.

Very nice staff. First over-the-phone quote was low, but for best ''truck mount'' service, you must upgrade. Cleaned carpet great! Bed cleaning was so so. Left carpet much drier than traditional 'steam'' clean, which was a big plus!

They were very responsive from start to finish. There was a discrepancy with the pricing and services performed. They did do a good job. The best stain removal does cost more.
