My neighbor recommended CertaPro Painters to me when I needed the exterior of my house painted. The workers that came were very professional. They showed up on time and worked hard. I could tell they knew what they were doing. I thought the quality and end result of the paint job was excellent. CertaPro Painters made the house look brand new.

I was absolutely pleased with CertaPro Paintersâ  work for me. They painted the inside of my garage. I donâ  t really recall how I found out about them, but it was probably an ad. Everything was done wellâ  it was completed on time, everyone was courteous, it was high quality work, and it was completed with some consideration for pricing. I was thoroughly pleased.

I needed the inside of my house painted, and I was a bit worried about how long it would take. I didn t want my house disrupted for days. Home Advisor suggested CertaPro, so I gave them a try. They were good about scheduling, and when the crew showed up, they had enough workers to get the job done in just one day. They were on time and respectful of my property. And they picked up well after the job was done, too. I d say no complaints from me.

The job we needed done wasnâ  t too big. We needed to have 12 shutters all around the outside of my house painted. I got a couple of prices from companies, and after comparing them and doing research, I decided to go with CertaPro Painters. They werenâ  t the lowest price, and they werenâ  t the highest price. I liked that they didnâ  t seem like they were pushing the sale. Through the whole job, I was very impressed with how friendly and courteous they were. It felt like one of the family was over here when they were painting. Even when you call, or they call you, they are always very nice. The job turned out looking good, too.

They brought in people off the street. Ruined my bedroom and the carpet. Didn't sand or prime the painting. Popcorn ceiling fell. Spun tires multiple times in my driveway leaving marks on driveway. Ran them off, FIRED. Now have to hire someone to fix our room, get new carpet, repaint the porch and door. Worse company ever dealt with and would not recommend.

Using Certa Pro Painters was a disaster. 1. I hired them to first power wash and paint the front of the house, and it took them one entire month to complete painting just the front. 2. Twice their painting crew did NOT show up on the appointed time, and -- when they did -- they did the job piecemeal. 3. When the crew did show up, they painted several surfaces WITHOUT sanding the old paint off. 4. When I called the Director of Operations to complain and schedule an appointment so that he could see the incomplete and shoddy job that his crew did on the house, he showed up one hour late. Then he proceeded to loudly argue with me in my front yard. 5. When I told him to cancel painting the rest of the house, he tried to make me pay the full price for the whole house, even though Certa Pro had only finished 20% of the job. My advice is to NOT hire Certa Pro to paint your house.

Project started over a month ago. Still unfinished. I have initiated every communication and am again waiting today to see when painters will be returning. Used wrong paint and color. Was promised a lot and all has fallen thru to this point. My fault for not recognizing they contract out subs. I actually had a man who works as a sub I should have chosen.

The men who did the painting were very helpful; they actually moved furniture for us. We enjoyed interacting with them. The man who gave us the initial estimate was extremely professional and personable. The only downside was that we had to wait quite a while for the work to be done and we had to call the office initially. Overall, we are glad we used them, would use them again, and would recommend them to others.
