The technician was successful in restoring the tile to the original condition. He was prompt, professional and courteous. I would have given them an overall A rating but I have since learned I probably paid more for the work than the normal rate so I lowered my rating slightly.

This worked required tedious removal of the old grout in areas with 4x4 tiles so there was alot of handwork involved. The serviceman was Cris and he did an excellent job! He was very thorough and explained everything to me. The showers looked like new when he was finished and I am very pleased with the results.

my only complaint was the owner had to use my toilet frequently. I cleaned my handicap toilet after they left.

Eric responded to a request for an estimate within a day. He was punctual and very professional for the estimate and when I chose him to complete this job, he immediately scheduled a time. He was easy to reach by email and/or phone. He called the day before
to confirm that he would be here at 9 am and was right on time. He is the kind of contractor I expect to see on Angies List
and he was excellent at all phases of the job. I highly recommend him!

Eric Hendricks, the owner, is the one who came and did the work. He came and gave a very reasonable appraisal for us, which we accepted. After we had the bathroom remodeled with some new tile and shower, he came and did a beautiful job. He is very capable and timely, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. I have recommended him to several people. We could not be happier with the work he did. He was very accommodating of our remodeling schedule, and he was extremely flexible when working with us on the correct date. All in all, he was a very nice guy and his work is beautiful. I have already told him that when we get the money together to redo our next bathroom, we will be calling him right away.

He came when he said he was going to come. He told me honestly about the job. He said "I could charge you for this or you can just do this yourself," which I thought was pretty cool and he said that he would be happy to do it for us but he would charge us "x" amount for it.

Eric was wonderful - he returned my initial call promptly and provided a detailed onsite estimate of the work. He called to confirm the appointment and was right on-time to perform the work. All work was done according to the plan outlined and the work area was left clean and spotless ! Great work and wonderful experience !!

I had grout on my bathroom and laundry room floor that I had tried just about every product on the market to get clean with no luck. Out laundry room doubles as a mud room and we have two 130-lb dogs that go in and outside through this room and track dirt and mud in daily...the grout that I had just replaced 6 months ago was now totally stained and looked awful.  In searching for another product to try, I came across the Grout Works website and thought, what the heck, I'll get an estimate.  After speaking with John on the phone (he responded to my email inquiry within 24 hours) I was sold on the concept of Grout Works.  John told me that their process and products not only cleans the grout., but applies a sealant that matches the original color precisely and makes it impervious to dirt.  When he told me that I would never have to get on my hands and knees to scrub my floors I told him to come right over!  They came the next day.  The process took less than 2 hours and I am blown away by the results.  My floors look brand new again.  They were also able to get rust stains from a metal container off the white tile.  I couldn't believe the price was so low for such a quality job (and I am a true skeptic who thinks everyone overcharges for services!).  Best of all to clean the floors now all i need to do is spray cleaner on it and wipe it up with a towel (they recommend to not mop or scrub the floors ever again...which is OK with me!)  They were totally professional, nice, friendly guys who obviously take pride in their work.  I recommend this service to anyone who is tired of putting up with less than perfect tile and grout.  My only regret is that I put up with the ugly floors for so long!  I am so completely sold on this service that I am looking into buying a franchise!!
