computer repair
 + -1 moreThey couldn't get the computer started and according to the technician, were not able to do anything to it. They still charged me $85 diagnostic fee to do nothing to it. I called mfg and they told me how to press the reset button on the bottom and it started right up.
Description of Work: They were supposed to get my computer to power on.
