CARABEAU CUSTOM TILE

There has been at least $12,000 worth of damage that we have paid out of our pockets and we are only about a quarter of the way through correcting their errors, and the builder is paying out of his pocket as well. They incorrectly installed 4 bathrooms with tile, which lead to serious leakage and mold problems. The mold is carcinogenic, and as a result of what they did, we have had health problems for the last 3 years. My 11 year old is just stopping his cough that he has had for months. We have had to perform a complete tear out and remediation, and our house is only 3 years old. The leaking affected three floors of our house, and we are still trying to correct their problems. Now they will not answer our calls, and they walked off job in the middle of the job. They left us in a lurch with a great deal of expenses. I would not recommend them to anyone at all. Do not go near them!
