+ -1 moreThe problem with this company is their failure to contact me for appointments. After the initial service call, no one ever called to schedule the next appointment. I had to call them, and no one remembered who I was or where I lived. After the last appointment, the tech wrote down the information and promised to call me on July 6- it's now mid-August and still no call. If a company is too busy to take on new customers, they need to be up-front about it. I decided to call a company on Angie's List and I am much happier.
Description of Work: Our house was sprayed for pests. All three appointments were made for general spraying, but there was also a problem with ants on one of those service calls.

+ -1 moreI found that it was very difficult for the technicians to show up on time. I felt that it should have not been a problem because the service was always previously scheduled and every time was an issue why they did not get here on time. Although everyone was extremely nice, I just could not count on them to be reliable.
Description of Work: I had them exterminate the inside and the outside of my 2400 square foot home for any possible pest that may have been in or around my home.
