They've been good overall. They've left us alone and have been really helpful when we needed help. I have nothing but really positive things to say about them. When we initially went to apply for an apartment there they were really helpful and weren't pushy. Whenever we had questions about using the facilities they were helpful even with the mail and holding boxes for us. They didn't try to stack up application fees and it was pretty straight forward. They were honest with us and for the most part the people who live there are quiet. The maintenance people are also nice. It's clean considering the affordability of the rent. It's actually nice because if you pay that low in some places you'll get a crappy complex, but this is a good location and they do a good enough job of taking care of it for the most part. They were actually pretty responsive and eager to help you.
