A third floor water heater broke in the night and damaged everything in our house, everything was soaked and unsalvageable. The insurance covered the cost of the repairs. John is an amazing caring man, very meticulous about each aspect of the work he did. He even did some of the fighting with the insurance company for us when he disagreed with them on some issues. It took six months, it was that bad. But it is beautiful now and we are grateful for this contractor.

He is not inexpensive, but he is a perfectionist. So if money is no object and you want it perfect, he will do it. He won't give you the lowest bid though, but it goes back to the saying you get what you pay for. He is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
