I live in an old house and consequently I have had lots of plumbing issues. As always, Bobby arrived promptly (on a Saturday afternoon). He set to work and realized the drain would have to be augured. He went to pick up his assistant and equipment. They came back promptly and they spent about 45 minutes rodding out the pipes. Once they finished, they cleaned up their work area and left. Bobby has done 4 or 5 jobs for me and I have never had a problem. He is a great guy.
