My son had an accident, and the police unfortunately called Bobby's. They charged $175 to tow it less than 5 miles to their lot and then $40 per night storage, both of which I consider ridiculously inflated rates, especially for a college student whose finances are tight.

The people with whom I spoke on the phone were very friendly and sympathetic to our situation. Bobby's attempted to tow the car on a Friday, but when they arrived, the wrecked car was blocked by another vehicle and the owner of the vehicle had the keys with him elsewhere. They came back the following Monday and successfully towed the car. The cost was less than what was estimated/quoted on the phone and they did not charge for the wasted trip out on Friday.

My wife hit a deer and the police called Bobby's Friendly Towing. They came quickly and the driver was very friendly. They towed our car to their lot since this was an insurance claim. I'm not sure what the cost would have been since our insurance company is paying to for it.
