Due to the lack of responsiveness, the job was not completed. Wasted over a month of our time waiting on responses from him.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We planned on getting a 18x30 stamped concrete patio. We arranged our first meeting at the house, which Dean completely forgot and he had to leave another job to honor the appointment. After all decisions were made and we had a start date, the date came and went with no contact. After leaving messages and texting for 2 weeks with no response I finally tracked Dean down and was told it would be another 3 weeks because he had to take a bigger job. Rain caused delays as well, but no contact at all from Dean's part. I have seen some of their work and it seemed good, but the customer service is lacking. I don't have trust that we will get he patio in 3 weeks, therefore we are forced to look elsewhere.

Job was estimated in January but held up until April due to weather and business activity. Once commenced, the entire job was completed in 2 days; 1 day for old concrete removal and 1 day for pouring and grading. The removal work was done while nobody was home although I did catch the crew at the end of day; their foreperson explained all the leveling and grading that would be done as well as the ...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Removed cracked concrete driveway including rotten timbers as well as associated backyard pad of approximately 25' x 25'. Repoured entired driveway and pad including construction of concrete curbing to replace timbers.

Took over a month to get on the schedule but we had the time to wait. The crew came when promised, provided excellent work, and finished up the next morning. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and probably better because the drainage slopes were incorporated with thought and precision.
