 + -1 moreThe hardwood floors were damaged during new home construction, so I have damaged flooring. He has neglected to take care of any of the construction problems covered under the 1 year warranty. He has ignored contact from other consumer agencies to resolve the matter. Buyer BEWARE! Even before the closing, he was very difficult to work with and very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I bought a new home from him, it was a "Parade of Homes home Gold Winner in 2005"
