Went well overall. Installer came out to look at broken window and said it would be 5 days to order glass. Was a double-pane window not on his truck. I called company after 3 or 4 work days to see if glass had come in. They originally said they could not install until 2 days later but I asked if they could do the next day because I had to be home for another service call and they were able to accommodate my schedule.

I CHECKED AROUND AND FOUND THE COMPANY THAT HAD A GOOD PRICE AND HAD BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S WORK. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD USED THEM.
