It was free. I've been using them for years. Their service department is so good that when I needed to buy a new car, I went to them only. They're reliable and they treat me as a person not as a female. They're very good. I call ahead to make sure they could take me in. When I take it in, they seemed to be able to get to it.

They are fairly expensive for what they do. I think someone that is not a dealership might do it for less. We had to have the car towed in, so it was hard to use somebody else at that time. They did some work for us previously that we thought might have lead to this problem.
