We were very impressed by how responsive Bill's team was to what ultimately turned out to be a very small job.  They were very professional and courteous.  We felt confident in their evaluation/advice as an arborist and were very happy with how quickly they were able to schedule & complete the borer treatment.  
We will definitely use them again for future treatments/work on our trees.

They perform as projected and they are on time. Their price is reasonable and they do very good cleanup afterwards.

The owner of the company provides very good personal service. He always comes out before to discuss what needs to be done. He's an arborist. He specialized in healthy trees. They've always provided good service for me. They're expensive, but you get what you pay for.

He seemed very knowledgeable about what should be done and had workers who did the job quite well.

We have used them several times and we have been very satisfied with them. They have done what they said. Their price is reasonable. It is very clean as they do a good clean up job. They do it quickly and so, we have been quite satisfied with them.

Came on the day promised and performed all items except stump grinding. Stumps ground about a week latter. Did not receive a bill until the entire job was complete. Came back when I saw another dead branch and removed it witout additional charge.

The work was performed efficiently and without issue, despite the awkward location and size of the pine tree removed. They also trimmed dead branches from the other tall pine trees as well as effectively pruned and trimmed 2 oak trees in my front yard which made a world of difference to the look of my house.

They were unimpeachably good. They were punctual, cost effective, and they did really good work. Bill came to give me an estimate and that is what they charged me. I would unquestionably use them again. The price was good but it wasn't cheaper than anyone.

They did a great job. They showed up promptly on time, did the work outlined in the agreement and cleaned up afterwards. During the estimate I even pointed out a tree that was leaning towards the house a bit that I was concerned about it. I was advised that it was in perfect health and it was not in any danger of falling. I really appreciated the honesty.

I think they did a very good job. The tree was huge so we did not know what to do with it. They were very prompt for the job. They cleaned up the yard to the point you cannot tell there was ever a tree there. I mean they did not leave a single leaf behind when they left.

I got the phone number off a truck and called them. They give free estimates and are easy to deal with. If you have to leave a message, they call back in a timely manner. We have used Bill's several times in the past.

Bill had one of his crews come out and do the necessary work. They were both quick and efficient and cleaned everything up.

After a recent storm took down part of a large tree in our yard, we called for an estimate to have the tree cleaned up and the stump ground. Bill showed up the next day to do the estimate and he was able to schedule us quickly. His work crew showed up at the appointed time on a very hot day and quickly finished cutting the tree and removing the stump. They chipped and carried away all of the branches as well as the trunk. Clean-up was superb. They even cleaned up the leaves that had fallen in the street as they dragged branches to the chipper. The crew was friendly and hard-working. They worked very quickly and competently. This is the second tree that Bill's Tree Service has removed for us and we will call them any time we need trimming or removal. We also appreciated the advice Bill gave us on a replacement tree.

THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. THEY ACTUALLY REMOVED SOME BUSH'S AND SHRUBS FOR FREE. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS OF LIMBS AND LEAVES.

I HAVE USED BILL'S A COUPLE OF TIMES. HE IS HARDWORKING AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP THE MESS AND HAUL THE TREES AWAY FOR YOU.

SOMETIMES THEY ARE EARLY AND THEY START WORKING SO THAT THEY CAN GET THE JOB DONE MORE QUICKLY FOR US. I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY IS WELL INTO THEIR WORK AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN CUTTING THE TREES DOWN. THEY PICKED UP EVERY LITTLE TWIG AND LEAF. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND AND ALWAYS POLITE.
