Completely unresponsive to the needs of the HOA community. If you ask a question, it will be months and still no response. They seem to be only responsive to the builder and not to the residents. And they are just not nice.

They 'mow' what little grass there is but doesnt look mowed. they 'blow' the sidewalks n blow all trash right back into landscaped areas by the front steps. for all other requests they never show up to do the work as promised. The area looks like we're living in the 'hood'.
