They were honest and up to the time frame that they had promised. They actually uncovered something that another auto body place had not told us about. They actually pointed out the poor shoddy workmanship of somebody else. Auto body work is just an expensive venture regardless of who we use. They were less expensive than other people. Their quality of service was excellent. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The antenna on my SUV got caught on my garage door and ripped off, which also caused damage to the roof of the car. I took it back to the dealer and they quoted me an outrageous price to repair it. Batts quoted me a fair price and when I brought it back for the service, they did the work as promised and on time.

The owner came and looked at the damage and gave me an estimate. He was super nice and extrememly accomodating to me and my schedule. The entire staff was extremely friendly and you can tell they're family. When you go to them to get work done make sure to read the newspaper article on the wall about the shop dog. Brought me to tears!

I arranged for an estimate, got the estimate, scheduled the work. My rental car was ready once I arrived to leave my car for body repair. My Batts himself called me a 1/2 day early to tell me it was ready, and I could turn my car in early and avoid a third day charge. He went over the repairs with me at pick-up so I could see the work that he had done. I had some incidental scratches on the side of the car not involved in the hit-and-run, and he buffed all those away for a nominal charge. I couldn't be more pleased.t

the car driven by our university attending son was parked in the driveway. My wife, backing out of the driveway, bumped the car. The resulting damage prevented the driver side door form opening. At a co-worker's recommendation, I telephoned Jeff Batts late Thursday afternoon and explained the situation. He agreed to look at the damaged car Friday morning. I left the car and returned at the end of the day. The car was repaired. I appreciate the quick service and fair price. My expectation were exceeded.
