.Bain Heating and air conditioning. What I liked about Bain heating is that they have good prices, good quality work and they have a good reputation. We have 2 heating air conditioning agreements with them. We have 2 houses and they do a good job.If you have an agreement with them, they are dependable, they are very quick to respond.

We needed a new air unit in our rental home. Because we have tenants we needed it ASAP, other companys had a 3 week wait. Bain was able to get it installed 3 days after I called. They had it done in an afternoon.

Totally professional from start to finish. Inspection was done on Tuesday, new install began on Monday in the rain. Terry and his crew were very respectful of our property, covered shoes everytime they needed to enter our home. Finished the next day and did a beautiful job of clean-up, even putting marble chips around the new pad. Spent almost an hour checking out the operation of both systems and ensuring that everything was working properly. Fair price, honest, punctual, and totally professional. We highly recommend Bain!

Robert was very professional on his bid and thoroughly explained all details of work to be performed.  The installation team arrived on time and were efficient in setting the systems up and even went to an extra degree to correct problems that were associated with my previous installation.  They followed up after installation to make sure I was still satisfied with the process.

Have experienced problems with my main level A/C system since purchasing the house in 2010. Had a home warranty until January of this year. System would always work for a little while after having it serviced by the home warranty contract company, but it would never last. Contacted Bain on 6/22/12 to schedule service and they were actually able to send someone out the same day. The technician was very helpful, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to gently explain that my A/C was beyond hope and should have died about four years ago. Freon was completely gone and I'd just had it serviced in late fall 2011. My upper level A/C is still functioning but he checked it out and topped it off with freon. It was only about one pound low. He looked over the vents and intakes in the basement and main level, traced the air ducts, asked a lot of questions about air flow and power bills, etc. and answered all of my questions. He recommended some adjustments that could be made in the ducts to help with the air flow. Lastly, he provided estimates on three models of varying cost and the pros and cons of each. The technician provided me with a lot of information. Overall, I was very satisfied with experience. I'm still in the process of requesting estimates from other companies, but Bain is still at the top of the list.

I was incredibly impressed with the speed, price, and responsiveness!  I called at about 1:30pm, and since it has been in the 100s temp-wise for the past few days I was worried I may be without AC for an extended period of time.  By 3:30pm the technician had arrived AND had already fixed my AC!  I would definitely recommend Bain to anyone and would use them again- it was a fantastic experience and I will probably be calling for a service contract with them in the Fall. 

When our 22-year-old A/C unit upstairs died on Thursday, I went to Angie's List to check reviews of local HVAC service providers. I was impressed with the reviews and noticed their Angie's List coupon, so I gave them a call. Ronnie was polite and responsive to my call. He came to our house within a couple of hours to evaluate the situation. He then took time to explain what he found to both my husband (in person) and me by phone. He gave different options -- replacing both A/C and heating together or just the A/C and two different levels of products. Ronnie also told us about our options for financing. We decided on A/C replacement only and the 18 months same as cash financing. The price was fair, made even better by our $300 Angie's List coupon. We scheduled the installation for the following Wednesday.
Ronnie came back out that evening with two window air conditioning units so that we could once again sleep in our bedrooms. We were quite thankful for this, and it made the 5 and 1/2 days until the installation very manageable. Ronnie did this even though the stop to our house made his day end around 8:30 or 9 p.m. 
Our installer and his assistant were professional, courteous and worked quickly. They finished in less than a day! We are loving our new A/C unit (works better than our old one ever did) and would recommend Bain to anyone needing HVAC work. Thanks to all the staff at Bain!!

I've heard my AC banging on Monday evening and then then AC stopped working. I called Bain Oil on Monday evening and they returned my call immediatelly. We set uo an appointment on Wednesday morning and they were punctual. The guy came and fixed the problem and now my A/c works in full efficiency. 

They arrived when they said they would, spent EXTRA time, actually throwing them a little off their own schedule, when they discovered that our second unit also had problems (we had called about a different unit). They even treated our pet cats with great care and kindness when they had to go into rooms where we had locked up the pets to keep them out the workers' way. When they left they made certain that we had a thorough understanding of what needed to be done to remedy the system and that we understood thoroughly the costs.        My only POSSIBLE complaint is a very minor one indeed: they forgot to replace the cover on our breaker box: they had had to remove it to "trace" some wiring to the units involved. I think that they were running so late by the time they finished with us that they simply needed to get out the door. It was really not that big a deal: my wife and I easily screwed it back on, but I would normally expect workers to do so.         These guys clearly know their business and could not have been any more cordial or helpful. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I like them. I was very pleased with them. I have a contract with them.

Bain representatives came out on a service call and fixed the furnace with an inexpensive replacement part instead of trying to sell us a new system. It was same day service and the parts were on the truck. I will trust them again.

A technician discovered there had been a smoldering fire of unknown nature behind a wall between condos that had caused significant soot build-up throughout my home.  He inspected the switch and outlet plates and found soot as the first clue.  He also checked all combustion devices in my home as probable causes (gas water heater, gas range, etc.) and found them to be clean. so he examined the heating system.  His recommendations led to a second visit after duct cleaning to remedy the problem as far as the heating system went. 

He was thorough, persistent until he found the problem, educated me about the problem rather than treating me like "just a homeowner," and he was  considerate of my home in his inspection. 

The second technician was equally professional in his work.  He also did extra things he found such as low batteries in my thermostat which he replaced, and he checked the heating vents in my entire home.  He repaired one of the vent mounts. His work on the heating system was tidy, an important aspect of his service, because I had just had a fresh paint job throughout 4 days before.  He showed me all aspects of the  heating system and told me some things I could do preventatively.   He also informed me how I would know if trouble were occurring.

The service manager at Bain I spoke with, Ronnie, was of great help to me.  He called ahead to verify a technician would be arriving.  Both technicians arrived ahead of schedule.  Ronnie's customer service was excellent as were the two technicians.

They were very prompt and professional.  They did such a good job, that I have a service contract with them.  They were to the point and did upsell unnecessary services.  They charged me a great price and they will get back soon to service my heater.  They were honest and came early for the job.  Their customer service was very good and did a great job.  I like their services and will use the same in future.

It went Great. He was polite, and wore shoe  cover, so as not to mess up my carpet.

They were very fast, polite and had a good price.

The inspection was performed as requested. The report seemed a bit thin, but not alarmingly so. Several weeks later though, after having moving in, I had an HVAC question. My email (question) to the subject company didn’t receive the courtesy of a response. For that reason, when we twice needed HVAC service, we did business with other companies. Ultimately, after being in the new property for approximately 6 months, replacement of both of our (11-year old) heat and AC systems was indicated. That project (again… with another firm) is scheduled to begin soon and will be reported on when the work is complete.

They did everything for a very little cost.  He has worked on my house before.  I just couldn’t remember who it was.  He is friendly.  He gets the job done.  He doesn’t try to trick me or do anything like that.  He is very straightforward and very professional.  There is nothing that I dislike about the service.  He did a fantastic job both times that he came to my house.  They were even a day early because they had a cancellation.

First sizzling day of the year, I come home to a broken A/C. They were able to come out immediately, and their after-hours rate was significanlty lower than another one that I got quoted over the phone. Guy who showed up was great--real nice guy, and actually fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Really pleased w/ this service.

The experience was excellent; they did a really good job. The installer worked very hard to take care of everything I asked and cleaned up very well afterward. They were one of the most reasonable of the five estimates I got.

Overall it was great. Three other heating and a/c companies could not fix my heating unit, but took the money and left. Bain was determined to fix it and did.

They were very professional. Their workers gave me a fair price on the equipment. They quoted me 2 days and finished it in 2 days. They were quick and efficient. There were some permit issues and it took a week to get that resolved.

The service men were very professional, polite, and thorough. They arrived on time and gave me a copy of the check list when the evaluation was complete. They also offered me suggestions to save energy. I was also told exactly what kind of things would be evaluated in the winter.

It went well. They were very busy, so there was a bit of a wait for the service call and for the parts to come in and them to get back out to install them.

When this company came to my home they were very friendly and on time as well. They made sure to go over the whole installation process with me before they started work. I was impressed with the way that they handle their business. I would recommend this company to other people because their prices are reasonable and the work is fantastic.

Basically, they came in and did it all. They did what they were supposed to do, and that was that. I have no issues or complaints at this time. Everything is working great, and I am rather pleased. Bain did an excellent job getting out here on time and finishing on time. They did not make a mess of things, and they worked very responsibly.
