When reading reviews about Costco and Lowe's playsets, I saw a lot of comments about the flimsiness of the set. And I noticed the low-quality firsthand in the Lowe's demo playset. I didn't want to go down that avenue and opted to pay more for the sturdier, higher quality sets from Backyard Paradise. They have a great showroom where you can see the quality construction and get an idea of your different options. Plus you get a free birthday party at their facility when you buy a set!
It didn't take long - a couple of weeks - to get the set scheduled for installation. Then the total time for the set-up was 4 hrs, with 2 people.
I will say I do wish their store hours were different. Like open until 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. on weekdays. It was hard for me to get all the way out to their location during their hours.
