Auto Glass Now Greensboro

Auto Glass Now I called "AUTO GLASS NOW" of Winston Salem, NC last Wednesday to schedule an appointment for my rear glass to be replaced in my 1971 Camaro. The woman I spoke with was very nice and took all of my information pertaining to the vehicle. She looked up the "Classic car" rear glass and quoted me a full installation price and she said they could come out to my home and install the glass on Tuesday between 8 am and 5 pm. This morning I called and got an answering service that confirmed my appointment today. During the conversation I asked if we could get a more direct time because I didn't want to sit here all day waiting. After a brief pause the gentleman informed me that they could not install the glass because it was a "Classic Car" but could bring it to my home and drop it off. SERIOUSLY? What good is the glass to me if it can't be installed? I can order the glass on-line and have it delivered. Why didn't someone call me and let me know? What a joke! Please AGN....Do your job...follow up! If you don't install "Classic Car" windows, say so when we call and put it on your web page. LET PEOPLE KNOW before they take time off and lose a day because of your incompetence!

I thought they were honest and ethical at first. They installed the car window. Later, the window fell in the car and broke (probably due to the very cold weather). When I went back to them with the receipt and the warranty, they refused to honor the warranty. Never, Never, never use this company for auto glass!

Customer service was not very friendly. She gave me the quote for my windshield and for service at home (tree fell on the windshield and left 4 inch hole over driver's side-- cannot go to the Greensboro site for repair). Then she told me they wouldn't come out to our house. Angie's list info. and the local tv station advertises service on location. Very frustrating and a waste of my time.

when my new car got hit by a rock and the windshield was cracked i called all around looking for the best deal for a windshield, i actually gave up for a while. Then a good hot day send the crack all the way across my windshield. I went back to the phone and found auto glass now. I was very happy with the price, the helped absorb some of my deductible. The people were very welcoming and polite when i brought the car in. I called one day in advance, the set me an appointment for the following day at noon. The process took all of 30-45 minutes and i was on my way!

The crack in the windshield had a large star in it, so I was not sure if they would be able to fix it. The person that I spoke to was very accommodating and told me the best time to come in and they got me in right away once I got there. It did take a little longer than they told me it would take, but that was because the crack was so bad. Overall, I was pleased with the service.
