The service was scheduled at 12pm, and I got a call at 10am telling me that the ladies are on their way. I was surprised about the time change, but went home immediately. Three cleaning ladies were waiting outside my house in their sedan around 10:30am. I told them to clean the kitchen and the bath downstairs when they got in. I went upstairs to finish some of my work, and when I came downstairs again, I was shocked to see one cleaning lady using my spoon to scrape the grease on the stove!!! I politely told her that the spoon is not supposed to be used in that way, and they should use their own tools. She seemed understood and put the spoon in the sink. Then I found out that they were using my paper towels, as well as my dishwashing detergent. I asked whether they could use their own supplies. One of the ladies said they don't have many cleaning supplies, and they even asked me for more cleaning detergent! I told them to clean the carpet on the stairs, and they vacuumed it, but refused to do the spot cleaning (they told me that they don't have the cleaning supplies for spot cleaning). After one and half hour, the stove, sink, bathtub and part of the countertop were cleaned fairly well, but the kitchen floor was not cleaned at all, nor was the island in the kitchen. When I saw one lady put a WET MOP on my area rug, I decided to not let them clean any carpeted place. They left after 1 and hours although I paid for three hours service. While they were here, they were talking in Spanish most of the times. Overall, I don't think it is worth the money, even at a discounted price. Besides, the area rug in the kitchen got a nasty smell after the cleaning, and my husband had to through it out to get rid of the smell. Very bad experience. Will never use them again. I regret that I didn't read the review here before I requested the service.

We had bought a Living Social deal and planned on having our house cleaned prior to our wedding, when we would be having a lot of guests in our house.  They came with a crew of three people.  I was there the whole time and tried to stay out of their way.  As they were about to leave, I realized they missed an entire room on the second floor (a bedroom with a bathroom inside) and had to run after them to remind them to do that room.  After they left, I realized they had only used a feather duster to dust, so that within an hour the dust had all resettled onto the surfaces and I had to redust anyway.  Later that night, my husband noticed that the blinds in our bathroom were broken -- three of the slats had been broken off at the strings, and were laid out on the window sill.  They clearly noticed it happened as they placed them on the sill, but even though I was there, did not come tell me about it.  I understand that things happen, but the fact that they didn't come tel me about it, and just left hoping we wouldn't notice really bothered me.  To be fair, I called the owner the next morning (the morning of our rehearsal so I really didn't have time to deal with it) and told her what happened, and mentioned I wouldn't be able to deal with it for 2 weeks as we were leaving on our honeymoon, but I wanted her to have notice so it wasn't like we waited 14 days to report damage.  She said no problem.  When I contacted her a few weeks later, she handled the situation well - I sent her an estimate for replacing the (custom sized) blinds, and she told me to order them and send her the invoice.  I did that, and she reimbursed us for the full amount without any hassle.  So in the end it worked out but again, that they didn't come tell me what happened bothered me.  The dusting also was a problem as I had to redo the work.

I got a living social deal.  I was not happy with them.  I wouldn't recommend them at all.  They just didn't do a thorough job.  The second time they came, they left 10 minutes early, which means 20 minutes because they send two people for one hour.  They could have done a better job, if they were here for the amount of time they should have been.  They cleaned the bathroom.  They didn't clean on the floor behind the toilet.  It wasn't a good job.  They didn't even respond.  I let them know that I canceled the last one.  I send them a message that I haven't been happy with their people and they haven't done a great job.  I said I would be out of town, so I can't have them come in and they never even followed up with me.  The price was competitive for their regular price.

It took me four days to even get in touch with someone to schedule the service. He finally called back and they were scheduled to come between 9 and 12 on April 11th. I told him over the phone that it was for a house that we did not live in yet, so to please call us before arrival so we can make sure we are there for them. We got to the house at 9 and waited until 12:30 with no call and no one showing up. I called the company and got a answering message that said they were closed for Easter and would return my call Monday-- well it was the Wednesday after Easter... Finally about 2:00 we got a call that they did in fact come to the house-- at 8:30 am with no phone call.  Why they thought that would be ok to come thirty mins before the window they gave us, I don't know.  I also don't know why they didn't call us and ask where we were before just leaving. So, they came back today to try again and it was absolutely sub-par work.  Will never use again.

I purchased their servies as a packaged deal through Groupon. I purchased 12-2 hour cleaning sessions. Paid $369 but value without groupon would have been $1800. They were scheduled to be at my house at 9:00 am this morning. The first visit was going to be a

deep cleaning that would require at least 3 hours. At 11:15 they were still not here, so I called and was told they would check with the team and call me right back. 15 minutes later they called to tell me that 1 of their workers had not shown up this morning, so there was only 1 person cleaning and she still had 2 houses to go and I was told they would have to reschedule. At that point, half of my day had been wasted so I decided that this wasn't a good way to get started with a business, so I decided to cancel the rest of their services. I was fortunate that I was able to call Groupon and get a refund for what I paid. I understand that things happen and people do call in sick or not show up for work and had I been called prior to 9 am, and been told that they needed to reschedule, I would have given them a 2nd chance.

They came 30 minutes early and called me 4 times within 3 minutes (calls I couldn't take since I was on the dentist's table); my husband arrived at our home 15 minutes before the scheduled cleaning (i.e. 15 minutes after they had arrived) and they had already left!.  They didn't even wait for the SCHEDULED time of the cleaning.  The message left by the caller was quite rude, she said "My team is in front of your home and they are 30 minutes early, but I don't see why that would be a problem.".  It is a problem because I am a busy woman!!!  That's why I have you coming to clean for me in the first place!!!  Then it was like pulling teeth to get them back here. I was promised 2 hours of cleaning and only got an hour and 15 min before they left, job incomplete- the cleaner just said "we have to go now" and left.  oooookay?  I was very disappointed.  Unfortunately, I purchased this service through a package deal and have 4 more cleanings with them :(   Last time I will make that mistake.

I needed my house cleaned and I wanted a through cleaning. The first cleaning I was promised I would get 4 cleaners to come and work for 3 hours... that is 12 hours of cleaning. I can see how mistakes can be made and was willing to give them another chance when they missed 2 rooms. If they had done as good a job the second time, I would still be using them but they did not. A new service is coming on Monday. I hope they do a good job.

We were very well pleased with them. They addressed all of our concerns. They are not perfect, but I am not either. I just like the simple fact that they work hard and do the best that they can. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have a great service.
