Both of them have gone thru extensive training and utilize a professional checklist to make sure all areas of cleaning are completed. We will strive to send the same team leader to your home each and every time, if at all possible. Trained Professionals: When our cleaning team arrives, they will be on-time and in uniform, ready to cater to your specific cleaning needs. We perform police background checks on all our employees when they are hired and we are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Appointments: You may schedule your cleaning anytime Monday and Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Payment Methods: For your convenience you may pay by cash, check or Major Credit Card. 110% Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied, we will cheerfully reclean the area of dissatisfaction and give you a 10% discount on your next scheduled cleaning.

I purchased their servies as a packaged deal through Groupon. I purchased 12-2 hour cleaning sessions. Paid $369 but value without groupon would have been $1800. They were scheduled to be at my house at 9:00 am this morning. The first visit was going to be a
deep cleaning that would require at least 3 hours. At 11:15 they were still not here, so I called and was told they would check with the team and call me right back. 15 minutes later they called to tell me that 1 of their workers had not shown up this morning, so there was only 1 person cleaning and she still had 2 houses to go and I was told they would have to reschedule. At that point, half of my day had been wasted so I decided that this wasn't a good way to get started with a business, so I decided to cancel the rest of their services. I was fortunate that I was able to call Groupon and get a refund for what I paid. I understand that things happen and people do call in sick or not show up for work and had I been called prior to 9 am, and been told that they needed to reschedule, I would have given them a 2nd chance.Licensing
