Alwaysgreen Turfcare has taken care of our lawn for the past six years. They do an excellent job. Jimmy Clarke and his team have always been extremely responsive to all of our requests. They carefully explain treatments that they do to keep our lawn in great shape. This includes mowing, trimming, fertilizing, seeding, weed control, pine needle spreading and leaf removal. We highly recommend Jimmy and his company for all your lawn care needs

I have used Always Green for over 2 years. Being new to the area, finding them on Angie’s List was the way to go. They have been so helpful throughout our time in the house and provided good recommendations for care and landscape. I would use them again if we were staying in the area.

Had this group cutting my grass for the past year. All of a sudden they stop cutting my grass. I texted Jimmy and he said he would be out there next Thursday to cut my grass. Thursday rolled around and the grass was not cut. Texted him on Friday and he said that it would be cut on the next Monday and he was sorry. Monday rolled around and the grass was not cut. Sadly had to fire them - Gave them two chances and they let me down. I am not a big customer and only spent 60 bucks a month but still very unprofessional.

"Thank you for being a customer the past year and a half, we do appreciate your business. It is unfortunate that such a bad grade was given to us because since we began servicing this customer we have shown up every other week for mowing as scheduled. Unfortunately I fell ill during the time that the property was to be mowed in August and we could not make it the week we had it scheduled. I was in constant communication with the customer and let him know what the situation was. The Thursday that we were scheduled to mow I texted the customer to let him know I was ill and could not make it to mow. On Friday I did tell the customer that it would be Monday as I was still sick. Unfortunately on Monday I was still sick and I told the customer I would be there on Tuesday. The customer replied “no thank you”. I understand any frustration from the situation, but to say we were unprofessional is completely incorrect. We strive to provide the best service, but some factors are out of our control."

Fantastic. I contacted them at maybe their most busy time after over a week of rain pretty much every day. Ended up Jimmy was out of town but did respond in a reasonable amount of time, saying he'll see if somebody else could do it. Ended up getting it done on SATURDAY. That's generally not an option with most providers you know. In their defense, please don't contact them asking for Saturday work, I think they made exception for the sake of good customer service. A+++

Killed my weeds which killed all the green on my lawn. After a year it still has bare spots all over and looks worse then ever before. Did all the things they recommended and none of it worked. Would never hire them again.

"We have contacted the homeowner as we feel this review was given to us in error. The only scheduled service we did was in September of 2017 and was for an aeration in which no weed control was applied."

They were prompt. I wasn't real pleased with the results. I don't think they plugged my yard real well. They did a rush job.

It went well. It was convenient and fast. They were very responsive and didn't have any problems. I marked where the sprinkler heads were and they worked around those without any issue.
