I would use him for less complicated TV's. It took longer than expected to repair, but he got it fixed for half the cost.

Mr. McClam quickly responded to my call, he promptly came out and accessed the problem, gave an estimate and had to take the unit in. While a part had to be ordered, Mr. McClam advised me of the status and kept me abreast of the progress. He completed the job in a timely fashion and I am very pleased. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to use him again, he did a great job.

I placed a phone call to inquire about their TV repair services. They did not pick up and there was no voice mail; however, within 10 minutes they had checked their missed calls and called me back. I described the issue and after they had asked some more questions, determined that it would be rather costly to repair the television relative to its age, in particular. The gentleman I spoke with told me that my television's plasma screen was well past its expected life and it would be better to put the money toward a new television. I was impressed with their integrity.
