They came on time when they said they would. They were very professional. They were very punctual when they came out; it was a Sunday when they came out. I didn't expect them to come that soon, but they did come quickly and they were very punctual and knowledgeable about our situation, and they did install a new thermostat for me as well when they came out. If I needed them again for an HVAC issue, I would definitely give them a call.

Everything went smoothly. They showed up on time and performed the job in a timely manner.
This was the second time that I had used AirServ Mechanical and have been pleased with every aspect of both jobs they performed for me. I plan to use them again in the future for another project that I am planning.

Our refrigerator stopped working, and AirServ was contracted via our Rental Agency to take care of it. They went above and beyond, and even replaced the refrigerator at their own cost since the repair was taking longer than expected. (they were limited by what the rental agency would let them do.) The repairmen were extremely friendly - I'd definitely recommend them, or use them again.
