Chris and his team were all extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time or early for every appointment, clearly communicated issues, and worked diligently to get us back to the world of cool indoor air.

They did a great job replacing our furnace, air conditioner and heat pump upstairs!!

At least two workers came I'm sure. When they came in they were courteous and respectful of my home. I've only had them a month but I would say an A. For price, they're not the highest, not the lowest, they were average. They came right out, They had good products, they were knowledgeable, professional, and conscientiousness.

I've used them for 25 or 30 years. They are really good. I wouldn't have used them so long if I wasn't happy. They put on slippers when they come in the house and take them off when they go outside.

I had a contract with them. They come in and do a pre-season check in the spring and fall. In the beginning I thought the service was really good. If I had a problem, they would come out immediately. Then even though you had the contract with them, if you had to have them come out, you had to pay additional fees even though you had the contract. That's when I stopped using them.

They are always polite and courteous. They know what they are doing and the problem goes away. It is one call, and I'm done, which is what I care about.

I would absolutely use them again. This time they brought the fan with them because we knew what the problem was.

It has been replaced twice because I knew what the symptoms were. It was out of warranty, so I had to pay for it. It's a common part. Because the same people have been at the same company for so long, they usually bring the draft fan with them and they bring it out with them on the truck. That saves them a trip. 

They did it very quickly. This first time, the fan was not on the back of their truck, so they had to go back and get one. They keep them in stock. It needs to be replaced regularly. It was the first time it happened and we didn't know for sure.

They are always very polite when they come into the house. They always take the time to explain what it takes to help my understand what's wrong.

I have never had a problem with them. They call me when I need to get the service done so I don't have to worry about it. They are on the ball.

They have been consistent. I don't always get the same technician. I like it when I do because we can talk about types of things that go on. There doesn't seem to by any variation technician to technician, they all seem to know what they are doing.

My service contract has been with them for 15 years or more. They are very neat, articulate, relateable, and knowledgeable. They leave the area no worse than when they came in. I like their responsiveness to my questions.

I have used them regularly for years, twice a year. I have used them if something goes wrong. They come regularly when the heat kicks on. When the season kicks into fall, you want to run the system so they can check it. 

I like their general attitude and service. I like their relate-ability. Whenever I have questions, they take as much time as they need to explain what I want to know regardless.

I have been using them for years, and they are always 100%. I am on a service contract with them, so they come out twice a year. I would absolutely use them again. 

I would tell people to use them. There is no question about their work. They have always been reliable and when I need them, they come out fairly quickly. Part of that is because I have a service contract with them.

Very good service

I bought a brand new heating and cooling unit for 5000.00 from Bart. He seemed honest. From the very beginning there were problems that started in the first week. Water started leaking down from the attic to the closet where the H VAC system was. The service guy that came from their own company said that tubes were just laid one on top of the other and not sealed or even taped together. He said, "I cant lie to you, whoever did this didn't do it right". I have a 5 years parts warranty and 2 year labor warranty. However, when they have come out for routine service calls they wanted to charge me each time. I would call Bart and he said that since I was covered under a warranty I didn't have to pay but the service manager Jason must have either disregarded what Bart said or they do not communicate. The water condensation pump has gotten stuck and will not turn itself off. The outdoor tube where the water condensation runs out of into the yard freezes over every year. Last year someone came out and used a blow dryer to melt the ice. But the problem was never fixed permanently. It was only a temporary fix. I didn't get answers to my questions as to how to find a permanent solution to this issue. This year the tube was frozen again so I was outside with a blow dryer trying to unfreeze the line with the blow dryer. I missed work for 2 days due to lack of heat and the service manager said they will not come out to fix it. When they did come to do work inside the house, they weren't respectful and didn't listen. Also would be on the phone the entire time they were at my home and seemed to make personal calls. They did only enough work to get a temporary fix to the problem.

The entire team from the estimator to the installers to the amazing tech guru who installed the thermostat was professional and courteous and just simply amazing.

Good service

We had an amazing experience with Air Treatment. Our new house had aging HVAC systems and we elected to replace the upstairs furnace (non-functional) and AC (poorly sized for the house) with a heat pump. The folks from Air Treatment gave us several options that were priced well for what we were getting. We discussed several options, including a zoned system for the bonus room. They installed the system within a week, the installation took less than a day, and they even added two extra vents in spaces that they were concerned about having inadequate air flow. Ian, the project manager, was very quality driven and gave us goods options and recommendations and in one case recommended a much less pricy option that saved us about 1500 $. The company in general was very aggressive in helping us get manufacturer rebates and file for the power company rebate for efficient HVAC systems.
