Added personal monitoring service ("I've fallen" etc) in 2012.  There are a few annoying limitations to the home security service like motion detectors that cannot be set to ignore animals, but overall the service is solid.  The personal monitoring service hasn't been put to the test yet.

They are really on the ball.  I would recommend them.  I do not have any experience with other security companies, but they seem to be fine.  They are good.  They seem to be doing what they are supposed to be doing.

ADT was very professional when they did the install and everything and the monitoring on a monthly basis is fine and I don't have any problems with it. Compared to other places they are very similar in price.

We have been with ADT for 3 years. There was a time when I had not disabled the alarm as I was going next door and when I had looked over at my house the police were there checking for a break in. I had told them I had triggered the alarm. ADT is very responsive.

ADT DID A GREAT JOB ON INSTALLING THE ALARM SYSTEM FOR MY HOME. I FEEL A LOT SAFER KNOWING MY HOME IS PROTECTED AND WATCHED FROM BURGLARS. THE PEOPLE ALSO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY ABOUT HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS.
