Broker in Charge, Amanda Penzer was consistently late for appointments, would not return phone calls, was slow to respond to issues with rental properties, including large items (non function smoke detector) to small items like replacing light bulbs, changing filters, etc. She always gave good lip service, but did not follow thru.  Had to be reminded to give a 24 hour courtesy window when visiting property and has little or no concept of customer service. Total unprofessional behavior requesting checks to be left outside under door mats to flat out misrepresenting and mis-stating her ability to provide professional accommodation services within reasonable time frame.
