ABM Cleaning Services

It was fine. They came on time and did what I asked them to do.  I didn't have any problems.

I took the senior and took them out to dinner while they cleaned. I was amazed at how quickly it was done. I am a white glove tester and I was amazed at how clean everything was. I got estimates from other companies and they wanted to charge more than twice as much. ABM normally cleans buildings, but they agreed to do my cottage. They brought all their own cleaning products. The were very punctual even got there early. WE were gone just over 2 hours and when we go back everything was done. The bathrooms were immaculate. They even organized her closets for her. I was pleased, very pleased. They did an excellent job.

I have used ABM twice before with great results. Not this time. Not only did they leave trash in my yard and not clean up debris from the gutters, they damaged my roof and didn't tell me about it, and when I asked them, the owner initially denied one of his crew did this, but later admitted it. Now I'm stuck trying to find a roofer to make repairs.

Everything went very well.  We've used them more since then.  When they haven't been able to make it they've referred other services which have been able to clean on our schedule and have done an excellent job as well.

Called Jeff from ABM. He called me back that day and explained to me that he was booked up for a couple of weeks but if they finished a job early they could fit me in. Asked if that would be okay as they would be calling me the day they were able to come. I explained that would be fine.Actually called me the next day to come but I was not home. Called again about 2 days later and asked me if they could come the next morning. That worked great for me. Jeff came with 2 helpers and they went right to work. Did a great job and in a timely manor. When they finished, I reminded Jeff that he had written on the quote sheet that they would do the back patio. He apologized and they went back and removed all of the furniture again and washed the patio. I was very pleased with their work and will use them soon to do my mom's house as well.

They had done my house before but I may have found them on Angie's List.  They are very dependable and did what they said they were going to do.  They have excellent serviced and did excellent work.  I would rate them 5 out of 5.  I was very happy.  I would definitely use them again.  Their price was outstanding.  Because I was a repeat customer, they didn't raise the price from the last time they did my house.  That is one of the things I appreciate:  the value of a repeat customer.  I would give them A's all the way down the road.  I would absolutely, without a doubt, use them again.

He came by and quoted me a price that was competitive, then came by a couple of days later and completed the work. No hassle at all, my home looks new.

I think ABM is very good and have used them multiple times. Our latest service was even better than our first experience. Also, he is very responsive and always on time. Overall, I think they are excellent, have very reasonable pricing and easy to work with.

ABM had been doing some work in our neighborhood, including the HOA, so we were aware of the work.  Everyone we spoke with said how nice and professional they worked and how pleased they were at the outcome.  I contacted Jeff and he and his crew were here within the week.  The work was performed when we weren't home.  One week later we saw him working at our neighbor's home.   We've only lived in our home for 2 years and the previous owner was here for 7 or 8, but I think this was the first time the house was ever so clean.

We called ABM last Saturday and Jeff scheduled an estimate for early the following week. However, he called later to say he could come out that day. He and his crew cleaned all of our gutters right then, and also repaired one gutter that had a hole. All this for such a low price! Our house is about 2200 sq. ft., so we thought this was very fair. And we were so surprised that they could come so quickly.

I had called a company earlier in the week who said they'd charge $90 just to estimate fixing the leaky gutter, and that didn't include cleaning! We're so glad we called ABM and we will certainly use them again.

I called to schedule an estimate on Friday, October 7th, they came out to do the estimate on the 8th and completed the work on Monday the 10th.  You can't be more responsive than that!  

The house looks great.  The vinyl is totally clean and bright, and the black stains are off the gutters.  They also cleaned the inside of my screen porch, and I believe they cleaned my porch furniture.  All the spider webs and bugs are gone!  I am very pleased with the work, and would both use them again and recommend them to a friend or colleague.

They showed up on time, cleanned the gutters, washed the house and polished the gutters, all in two hours.  The house and gutters look new!

This is the second time I have used ABM and the experiece has been great both times.  Jeff is responsive and punctual.  He does exactly what he says he will do when he says he will do it, and talks to me about the best service for my home.  I couldn't be happier and can't imagine using anyone else. 

Just as expected, ABM did a fantastic job -- the difference in the vinyl siding, brick and concrete is immediately clear. The dust, dirt, and pollen were washed away and I've got a house that looks brand new. ABM was easy to work with, easy to schedule, prompt, and thorough. I highly recommend giving them a call and will be passing along the contact information to friends and coworkers.

Jeff said he would be here by 8 AM and he was 10 minutes early. We have a 3 year old 2 story white vinyl house with an attached deck, front porch and, in the back, a white vinyl shed. This was the first time it had been cleaned since being built. The deck was stained with our NC red clay, the north side had some mildew and the gas fireplace had left some soot stains. The gutters were badly streaked with what looked like mildew. He started by power washing the deck, then scrubbed the gutters and the house, doing all of the outsides of the windows to boot. Then he went to the back and did the shed. Then Jeff did the front porch and the concrete walkway around to the driveway. And then he did the driveway, too. Then he went back and did the deck again because he was not satisfied with how it came out. It took about 6 hours and throughout that time my wife and I offered him water and coffee and a bite to eat, all of which he declined. I never saw him take a break or slow down with what he was doing. When he was finished, he cleaned up like you never knew he was there. The job he did was fantastic and turned out better than I had hoped. One of my neighbors commented that she had to wear sunglasses when she came out because the shine from the house was so bright! And there was absolutely no damage to my siding, deck or gutters. 2 days later I got a thank you note!
