Owner Jack Moore responded immediately, unlocked the storage closet and replaced the old lock in a matter of minutes. The price price was reasonable. We have other locks needing replacement and instead of drumming up new business, Jack suggested how we could do it ourselves, saving money. In a pinch, Jack came through. I highly recommend A to Z Lock and Key.

We scheduled the work within a couple of days to suit my schedule. Jack arrived on time. He asked what I needed and he gave me options and advice, but let me decide what kind of locks I wanted. He doesn't push to sell you things you don't need. I was quite satisfied. It took about 1 hour. I think he would provide fancier or more complex systems if that's what you want.

Fantastic job of changing locks. He arrived on time (early!) and had the ability to do some "McGyver-ing" to make my already purchased locks work. Very impressed and I recommend him highly!

I was having issues with the door and deadbolts on my front and back doors in terms of removing my keys from the locks. It was progressively getting more difficult.   Jack was agreeable to coming out at a time that was convenient for me. He was on-time, quickly diagnosed the issue I was having, explained everything and went to work.  The job was done in less than 30 min, and he made suggestions as to how to avoid the same problems in the future.  My door locks work as good as new again.  I will definitely call A to Z if I have any other lock and key issues.

Jack returned my call within 10 minutes and arrived at the house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, dismantled, repaired, lubricated, and reinstalled the lock, made me a new key, and lubricated another deadbolt that needed it. He was courteous, efficient, and told me how to avoid having the same problem in the future. I would recommend Jack's services to anyone.

My heating unit was turned off the day before because it was emitting carbon monoxide.  Repair man came this morning, determined we needed a new one but they needed access to our basement/crawl space.  They key wasn't here; it was with my husband.  I called several locksmiths all morning with no success.  When I called A To Z Lock & Key, I was instructed to leave a message.  I didn't the first time I called because I needed it opened by 2:00.  Don't be deterred from leaving him a message because he will call right back.  Jack, the owner,  was here within 7 mins!  I so appreciated it especially because we had just had the coldest night of the year! He was very professional and quickly got the job done! I highly recommend him!  He was the only locksmith that didn't leave me out in the cold!

A to Z worked quickly , fixed the problem lock with his own replacement striker at no extra charge.

I don't know what the cost was since it was part of the deal with buying my house.  In any case, Jack was fantastic to work with! He did the work quickly and I've had no problems with any of the locks.
