They did the best job I have ever seen. They had insights and ideas that no other contractors had. They pointed out things that would be positive or negative for me to add. They did some extra things for me at no extra cost. They came up with design ideas. They were creative. When they took up the old tile I was shocked. The tile was right on top of the ply wood. They added baseboard for me. They pointed out a knick in the fridge that I didn't even see. They came to me and pointed it out and said they will pay me $350 dollars or replace the door for free. That is real professionalism.
