Ralph was very prompt to help me price the job and keep me informed of when his crew would be here. The crew was here on time and did a great job of cleaning and making suggestions about replacing furniture.

Overall I feel A Perfect Carpet Care is a good company. They were accurate in the time frame given which was great. I have used them in the past, and it is great that they have specials every now and then.

The man that always comes to my home is very friendly. He always does a great job. You can't even see the stains after he leaves. I have been using Perfect Carpet Care far awhile now, and I will continue to use them in the future.
