A & A Trenching Svc In

Worst experience from a company in many years. On May 22nd they came out to bury the cable left by TWC. I had to call TWC back because A&A Trenching tore the cable but still buried it, along with destroying my brick patio (broken bricks everywhere), and left multiple 2-3 foot holes in the backyard . A&A (Don) called me back to apologize and told me their worker (Todd) had messed up and please give them a day or two to make things better. After 2 weeks went by I started calling them and even spoke to the so-called owner (Lisa Miller) on Wednesday June 12th, and she promised they would have everything fixed by Saturday June 15th. I called TWC on Sunday June 16th because nothing had been done. A&A arrived at 2:30pm on Monday June 17th telling me that I lied about everything, and that there was no broken bricks or holes ever in my yard. I proceeded to show the workers (Mike, Todd, and TJ) the photos I had taken over the last few weeks and they decided to then say it must have been TWC's fault. They left my house. I had somebody else come out to finish the job.
