If only there were more people out there like Eric and his team! Very responsive and professional! Eric came out and gave me an estimate and then I scheduled for service the next day I was off from work. He was very lenient with scheduling and came when I wanted him to come. His team made sure I was satisfied before they left! I will definitely be using Eric again in the future!

My home was built completed in 2009 and as time has passed, there has been minor settling which caused some nail pops and cracks to appear between moldings and the ceilings and around door frames.  Because the ceilings in the entry and stairway are cathedral, there is no way I was willing to attempt such a job on my own.  Eric was great when he came to give an estimate.  He was courteous, honest and took note of all my questions.  During the job, the crew worked hard from the moment they arrived until they left for the day.  They were friendly, professional and respectful of my home and of me as the owner.  They work very cleanly and make sure everything is in great shape at the end of the day and after the job is completed.  The walls, ceilings, and moldings look great - even better than when the house was brand new!

The houses look brand new now and I couldn't be happier!  I will be needing some interior painting in the near future and I will be calling Eric!

I was very please with the service Eric Williams provided.   Eric, first came out to assess my job  and quoted me a  price.  We agreed on the price and he proceeded as agreed.
Eric, was very helpful in making suggestions on repairs that could be made that would improve my property and save me from costly repairs in future.  I really appreciated his suggestions.  I felt him to be honest, and above all, that is most important to me.
Once the work started he, came daily to check that these were going as planned.
The lead man doing my work was Chris Benfield, he and the men helping him, were professionals, and made me feel confident that  they knew how to do what was ask of them.  They took great pride in their work and did not waste time on the job.  As they were doing their job, they would call me out to inspect their work and made suggestions to improve the overall job. They were neat and polite and I would be happy to use them in future.

Can't say enough good stuff about Eric's team.  Did what they said they would do with out fail.  Very colorful group of guys too.  I consider to be a great value for the services provided.

Mr. Williams called prior to the appointment to confirm.  He was on time and worked diligently cleaning up after he finished.  He even came back to put on a second coat of paint when I called him to share I saw some spots that were not painted.  He was very professional!

Contractor arrived promptly and wasted no time getting started.  He and his crew were thorough and left no detail unfinished.  The work was professional and of high quality.  I received a call from the contractor the next day ascertaining that everything was completed as I expected.  I was assured that if there were any concerns they would be addressed immediately.  I am completely satisfied with this provider and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.  In fact, I have already given his name to one of our friends.

Eric is very responsive to communications from the client and does a good job communicating his planned work schedule each day. He and his team cleaned up after themselves each day and also, did an even more thorough cleaning upon completion of the project. Eric puts great emphasis on customer services and wants to be sure the customer is happy with the job. I am very happy with the new paint job and won't hesitate to call Eric for future painting needs.

These guys were GREAT!!!   Very professional and very personable.  They began with a day of stripping the old, very stuck wallpaper off the walls and then cleaning up behind themselves.  Once the wallpaper was stripped, they came back and patched any problem areas on the wall.  On the day of sanding, they put up plastic curtains to keep the dust out of other rooms and again, did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.  We were doing the painting ourselves but when we were done with the primer, Erick came back and checked for areas that needed more sanding.  He did not ask to be paid until I was thoroughly satisfied with the job he had done.  
I would highly recommend Eric and would call him again in a heart beat.  He was very reasonable, very professional and just an all around nice guy!  It's good to know that there are guys like him out there who are fair and hardworking and take a genuine pride in the work they do.

Eric came right out after being called to give an estimate. He was very professional in every way. I had already removed the wallpaper in the dining room, and he made every effort to get to our job as soon as possible. He was unable to come the day we had scheduled because of some damages at his own home from the extremely cold temperatures, but he called me early that morning to see if he could start the next day, which I agreed to. Since that was on Friday, he and his workers also worked on Saturday so they could get the job finished in a timely manner. Again he called on Saturday morning to tell me when he would arrive.
The painting quality was excellent, He was friendly, punctual, and communicated well about everything. After the painting was finished, he took many pains to clean up, from dusting furniture and stairs to sweeping. I found both him and his crew to be hard-working, dependable, clean cut, and personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering painting services. We will definitely contact him in the future for other painting projects! It is truly refreshing to find individuals who take pride in their work and pass that on to their customers.

When I initially started my search for a painter, I immediately liked Eric from speaking with him over the phone.  First impression means a lot to me and he was very courteous and professional. When he came out to see the house he gave an estimate right away.  Not only was he punctual he was reasonably priced for the large job he had coming!  We have a 1100 spuare foot house. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room, linen closet.  He painted all the walls, trim, closets, and all the doors indoors and out.  It was in pretty rough shape since we had the house rented for a year, but he made it feel like home again.  I am very pleased with everything. I would highly recommend Eric Williams!  We will probably use him for pressure washing and deck staining in the near future!

They did a very thorough job of caulking,repairing cracks, replacing roof flashing, replacing siding, and replacing the shed door. They were scheduled to work on Saturday but it rained so they asked if they could work on Sunday in order to complete the job on time.

I called Williams Paint to get an estimate on painting the exterior of our home. Eric arrived on schedule and offered a very reasonable quote. After deciding on proceeding all work was done professionally and right on schedule. Eric followed up

I have just purchased a new home that needed interior painting. I choose Williams because of cost and the fact no sub contractors are used. The work was actually started a week early due to rainy weather. The job was professionally done. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was the first time we had the exterior painted in approximately 7 years.  Mr. Williams came out, gave me a quote and after reviewing several quotes, we decided to go with him.  He told me when he could start and was there when he said he would be. If/when there were suggestions or problems he saw as he went along he would bring them to my attention and we would discuss options and additional pricing to correct those problem areas.  We were very pleased with Eric and would recommend him to others.

It went smoothly.  Workers came every day as planned.  The high quality of the painting was very evident.  We are hoping to have our mother-in-law's home done next.

Our experience with Williams Paint and Pressure Washing was excellent.  Eric visited our home and provided us with a quote very quickly.  He was always very professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process.  The weather wasn't very cooperative with us.  Our paint bubbled up and peeled on our decks when it rained a few days after being painted.  I called Eric and he was very responsive, understanding and took care of it.  He consulted his Sherwin Williams representative, who said we needed to stay off the deck for a week after it was painted especially since we have large dogs and the weather had been on the damper side.  Eric pressure washed and painted our decks again at no charge to us.  We stayed off of them for a week and they are good.  No bubbling or peeling.  It is a relief to know that we chose to work with someone who is honest and trustworthy.  We are very pleased with the work Eric did for us and we will use him again!

I was first impressed by how helpful Mr. Williams was with regards to explaining in detail what would be done and his readiness to answer any questions I may have, He and his painters were always prompt and friendly. They seem to take great care in their work and offered to come back and fix whatever they may have missed. I really enjoyed having them take care of my house and the only thing that I would have liked to seen done differently next time would be to place drop clothes under where they scraped the exterior paint, especially on the deck and patio where it was easily tracked into the house. I would have no hesitation in hiring Mr. Williams again and believe that he and is fellow painters take great pride in their business and their craft.
