The Fireplace Guys

My experience with this company was excellent.  They arrived on time and were very professional.  They took special care in the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new equipment.  Originally I was going to purchase my insert from another company but they did not do the installation themselves.  That company used The Fireplace Guys for their installations. After contacting The Fireplace Guys they were quick to evaluate my needs and give me an estimate.  I was hoping for a turnkey purchase, removal and installation and they were able to provide that service which provided the opportunity to only deal with one supplier and still purchase a high quality insert.  I especially liked the fact that they contacted the local gas provider and gave proper directions on how to set up a new account.   They worked close with the county inspector and gas provider to get the permits obtained, inspection scheduled and was present during the final testing of both the gas tank installation and first lighting of the stove.  This entire project went far better than I could have expected largely in part to Dennis and Doug Sawyer, owners of this company.  I would highly recommend their company to anyone needing fireplace type of work to be performed.
