He was able to identity that the thermostat was bad, and that it was still under warranty, so he told me to swap it out where I bought it. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I called in the morning and he was at my house and had my a/c working that afternoon.

My family had been without air for over a week.  We had at least 6 different technicians out who did not seem to care.  All the wanted to do was sell us a new unit (which we did not need at the time) for a very high price.  Mr. Hensley came out gave us a great quote for a new unit and looked at the unit and was able to find the problem very quickly.  He fixed it in a timely fashion and was extremely nice. I will recommend this gentlemen to EVERYONE that has any kind of HVAC issues or just needs regular maintaining of their system.  Thank you so much for your professionalism.
