Josh did an excellent job. I actually called him back to do a second job for me later that year & am using him again for some tree trimming at my Mother's house this year. He is now my go-to tree guy because of this initial job (2022)!

When they were finished, my yard looked as good as before, actually better because the dead trees were removed and cleaned up. He has some amazing equipment and uses it with skill and precision. Josh came and gave me an affordable quote. I had 4 tress cut down and one stump to be grinded, The stump wasn't grinded like we discussed. The job was completed in a day and 1/2. He left my backyard in a terrible mess as well as the front yard. My yard was left with deep tire marks with tree limbs sticking up from the ground. All he had to do, was let me know when they came to do the job, the ground was too saturated & wet. We could've postpone it for another time. I contacted him concerning the yard and he said he was going to charge me. I asked him to let me know how much but he never responded. Spoke to him on the phone again on 1/20/23 and he was yelling @ me, arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. He called me a liar and hung up. I was so upset. I am still waiting on a receipt, which I asked him earlier. I paid him cash for the job. I will never do business with him again. I had given my neighbor a good report on him and his crew. Him and his crew cut down a tree for her (Nora) on 1/20/23. He made a comment to one of my neighbors, (Heidi) that he was still getting business in my neighborhood. He definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. Again I will never recommend him to anyone that I know.

Josh, with JB's Tree & Stump came to give me an estimate and we shook hands to seal the deal. Because of the rain that day he scheduled me for the very next day as he could easily get to my job site to do the work needed. He and his co-worker were very professional and got to work taking down trees and removing large branches from neighboring yards hanging over my fence. Josh came to our home within 30 minutes of completing this request. He was very professional, had all the right equipment ready and quoted an affordable price to remove the tree fallen on our fence in our backyard where are dogs roam. We setup a date/time to come out and remove it along with 5 other trees that were dangerously close to falling and took them down with ease professionally without damaging any other fence or property like pros. They chopped up the wood, stacked it nearby and cleaned up and repaired my damaged fence like new. Truly the best guys around and I found out they were the same that remove about 8 other trees from our property over 10 years ago. Was a surprise and very pleased with their work. They are awesome!!! Very reasonably priced, excellent work, and insured. We had a tree in our yard that was leaning right towards the neighbors house and they took it down so professionally! Seriously stop looking and book these guys if you need tree work done.
