Clark Tire

We went to Granite Falls Clark Tire & Auto on 1 September for an oil change and tire rotation. We will not go back due to their lack of attention to detail. When we drove away, my wife noticed the oil sticker had not been replaced. Then the oil light was still coming on when we started the car, so the technician did not reset this warning light. When I contacted Clark Tire, they called back when I was driving, and said they would contact me later...that did not happen either. I just hope I don't lose a tire because of the tire rotation they did! Needless to say, we will not go back to this Clark location. Hope this helps others that want good quality service at a reasonable price.

I called and they told me to come in. I was told they would do a free brake check. When that was done they said I needed new brakes and rotors on the rear. They said it would take 45 minutes and the cost. They were done in the time stated and the cost was right. It is nice to go to a place that does what they say they are going to do when they say, and for the cost they quote.

Everything went A-OK.

A couple of years I bought a new Scion XB which included free service for two years from the dealer. When it ran out, I immediately turned to Clark Tire in Granite Falls for my service needs. Everyone is always super friendly from the moment I enter the store. I am always given a time for service completion and the service is always finished by that time. The waiting area is clean and they always take precaution to protect my vehicle.

Did exactly what they said they would do, no surprises, cost as quoted.

Service was very quick while I waited in the comfortable waiting area. I have also had them do other work on my vehicles. Always done when promised, clean, neat and at or below the estimated cost.
