We just moved into our new home and 2 rooms did not have electricity. I called on Tuesday before Thanksgiving knowing I had company coming. I reached him right away and he agreed to come out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so I would have electricity in those rooms. They did exactly what they said - called before they got here, arrived when they said they would and came right in and went to work. They were mindful of the fact that I was working online so couldn't lose power while they worked unless absolutely necessary. They went to the trouble of not only fixing the problem but explaining what caused it. When I need electrical work done in the future, I will absolutely be calling SWECO!

The service began outside with the circuit board testing. I had previously called Duke Power to come and check the outside box and meter. The meter was replaced and the circuit board was alson checked for errors. This saved valuable time. He checked the reset outlets and the one in the kitchen had to be replace and he checked that it was properly installed. He moved to the back of the house checking each outlet to finde the damaged outlet. He finally found the culprit and replaced the damaged outlet which fixed the outage. He was very quick with testing and finding the problem. Very cost effective.
