Scheduling was easy. I never talked to them before. Easy to schedule. Get them out here. They were on time. I liked the staff. They were conscientious. There were stains that were hard to get up. Answered questions about how long they dry. Most of the stains came up. I was pleased how good it came up. I have white carpeting. They had a special on it too. They gave me a special on top of that. I read consumer reports, and they said to hire someone to do the job. I liked the price. I like the way they treated me, and the job they did.

Usually, I check Angie's List. I didn't and this is what happened. First off the techs that came to my house were polite and professional. They also had time to clean the items I had not previously requested. Their work is much appreciated. My issue is with the bait and switch pricing. When I set up my appointment for 2 rooms and 4 area carpets, I was delighted that they could do the area carpets on site and the price was outstanding. When the techs showed up for the job, I was surprised to be advised that all the pricing for the area rugs was incorrect. They had been priced at a 'Walmart carpet price, not designer or oriental rug pricing'. Additionally, all the stain and deodorizing was as extra charge. When I had asked the rep who gave me my initial quote and set my appointment, was the cost it? Was everything included? She said yes, and the tech will go over everything with you, which really meant, the tech will give you the real pricing. Nor was there any indication the pricing might be higher in the email confirmation. Each area rug cost me double what was quoted! When I advised what had happened to the customer service rep, her response was that she didn't know why I wasn't asked about what type of rugs I had; nor was she apologetic. Nor did she explain this was an oversight and shouldn't have happened. Which leads me to believe, this is a common practice. You may think this is a great business model. Tell the customer one price, advise no caveats on additional pricing during appointment set up and then have the techs advise the real pricing when they get to site, but it's not. It's a brand killer. I haven't had wall to wall carpet in my home until this house. I always thought Stanley Steeler was a trusted name. Now, I when I am asked by my friends and colleagues how the cleaning went, my answer will be, 'The cleaning was good, but the bait and switch pricing really ****** me off. ' Please rethink your approach to pricing and customer service.

I was very pleased with all aspects of their service.  I will be calling on them again to clean other carpeted ares.

Arrived promptly. Technicians were very friendly and professional.

We have used them several times. We have a dog, so the process is much better for the carpets. They are professional, and they go above and beyond. I called them that morning, and they came out on time that afternoon.

The service was great! I kick myself that I didn't go back with them. They couldn't improve over what they had, they were just good. They went above and beyond. They were very efficient, they guys were just good, they did their job, they didn't bother anybody, and they were great. Their price was good, and their quality was good.

It went well. They were punctual and professional. See above. I am having them back to cover same area plus additional tomorrow.

He was excellent and did a very nice job. He was on time and very prompt. I would recommend them.

Two men arrived and proceeded to inspect the carpets for stains to be treated. They were careful and courteous. They cleaned all the carpeting and applied their stain resistant product. They also place plastic underneath all the chairs and furniture to prevent any staining. I will definitely use them again.
