Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair or Service
Terrible Service, service tech (Dan) came out and told us the reason that we were not get much heat was because our regulator was out. We had heat before he came, just wasn't much. When he left, we had no heat for two days. I call Dan 30 mins after he left and went to VM. Two days later, I speak to him and claimed it was regulator and claimed it could be something else. The propane company came out, Dan had forgot to open up the inline valve back up into the furnace that provides the propane into the furnace. Thats why we had no heat for two days. The reason why we weren't getting much heat before we called Kemco, was because the burners were clogged not the regulator. The regular was good! Something he should have know and fixed. When I called Dan and told what happened and told him that I didn't think he knew what he was talking about, HE HUNG ON ME! My four children and wife froze for two nights because their service tech didn't have clue what he was doing. TERRIBLE!

Absolutely wonderful! I called the night before requesting a call first thing in the morning. Someone called at about 830am. They asked for an afternoon appointment to which I responded i had hoped I could get someone soon. The person said he would have someone on the way ASAP. Spender was the service person and arrived quickly and had my problem analyzed first thing. Only a computer board was out. I was so pleased. After a couple hours he had me up and running. I made sure to save their number as I have found a responsible company I can trust to handle issues in the future. Thanks to Kemco for outstanding service!!!!!
