Mr. Hatfield was excellent. We had a washer that needed repair and he was able to come by on the day we contacted him. He had to order a switch and installed it the next business day. Fast and efficient on-time service. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Mr. Hatfield communicated that he was delayed in ETA because parts department opened later than expected. Then there were issues with replacement part being redesigned but he worked until freezer was working properly!

Dwayne (owner of company) was very professional and extremely responsive. I called this company in the morning regarding my clothes dryer needing repair and to my surprise, Dwayne was able to make it to my house and complete the work that very afternoon. He was very efficient and a pleasure to meet. Lastly, his fee was reasonable with no extra charge for coming out on the same day of my call. I will certainly call again if I need to repair/replace a home appliance.

Dwayne responded to the home advisor request that was identified for my area. We talked the problem we were having with our refrigerator and he gave me some idea what the problems may be. We arranged a visit two days later, arriving exactly on time. He evaluated every possible cause of our problem discarding everyone until he arrived at the issue. He told me what the problem was, cost and we agreed. He had to go to the parts dealer to get the specific part which took a hour out his day. But it worked as he thought. So in summary we were happy with the service, his pleasantness, and recommend him highly.

Dwayne came out to service our failing fridge on a Saturday morning. He was friendly and didn t push additional services just for a money grab while we were in a precarious situation. Our refrigerator is working wonderfully and hopefully will last until we can buy a new unit.
