The technician kept me in the loop about his arrival time, and showed up on time. He took his time to diagnose the issue with my over the range microwave, and kept me informed through out the process. He even gave me enough information to make a decision about what he should try to fix and whether or not I would want to move on to a more expensive attempted repair if the first thing did not work. He had to go out and get the part for the first attempted fix - came back promptly. When that did not work, we both agreed that it will not be cost effective to move forward with further repairs. In the end, I was satisfied; I would hire this company again because they gained my trust and did an outstanding job.

He diagnosed the issue, then since I told him I wanted to buy and install my own part, he showed me how to repair it, and even left things opened up for me. I got the part and installed it, and everything works great. Very helpful and great service!

Called Mr. Hatfield, he came out and repaired my dryer the same day. He was very professional, courteous and explained what needed to be done. I plan to use him in the near future to do some other repairs around my house. So happy to find a dependable company!
