They quickly scheduled my assessment for an old oil underground storage tank (UST) found during a home inspection. Within 2 weeks they had cleaned and sealed the tank. Great experience working with this crew. Professional and courteous. Explained the process of what an inspection would entail and did a thorough and timely inspection during my critical due diligence period. Reviewed the legal implications for the seller and what I would need to do to best remediate the issue as the buyer. For comparison, I spoke with one other company prior to contacting Cedar Rock. The other folks were very apathetic about my questions/concerns and generally earning my business. Excellent background which made me comfortable that I was dealing with a professional company. Scheduled ahead, arrived on time, quietly did his investigation, and called to discuss results. We agreed to send away for soil analysis for additional $100. No money upfront. Sent invoice via email which was remitted via check which made easier for me to pay. The property now has a certified letter that will serve well for future sale.

Very professional but also very personable. Robert explained everything so that I could understand my options. I was extremely lucky in that my fuel oil tank which was installed in 1938 was not leaking. He gave me a document that I can show to prospective buyers that proves my oil tank is not an environmental problem. It is extremely rare for an oil tank this old to be problem free but the environmental Gods were smiling on me today. Fast and efficient; don't hesitate to call him for good advice.
