006When he told me that it needed a new motor after the warranty expired, I reminded him that it had used oil from the time I purchased it.  I told him that I thought it should be covered under the warranty, because I had contacted him numerous times during the warranty with the same problem. He waited until the warranty expired & wanted to charge me for a new motor.  He told me to fax him some information & he would talk to the manufacturer.  I faxed him the information & called him.  He let a message that the manufacturer would not pay to replace the motor.  I called him back,  but he would not return my calls.  I would not pay him for another motor.  I recently joined Angie's list & was looking for information on home generators & saw him name.  I would not recommend him & I felt that I should let other consumers know he treats customers. I am thinking about getting another home generator, but I will not buy it from him or any company that uses him as an authorized manufacturer's service representative.

After they finally responded and arrived to do the work, it went smoothly

My heat pump wasn't working.  The HVAC company fixed the problem but noticed the breaker assigned to the heat pump in the panel was arching.  The HVAC technicians were concerned this might start a fire and weren't licensed electricians.  They recommended Andy Helton.
Murphy's law, this was about 6:00 PM on a cold January night and I couldn't turn the heat pump back on.
Andy came over about 7:00PM, diagnosed the problem but didn't have the right breaker to put in.  He came back the next day with the proper breaker and fixed everything so it worked fine.
He was very knowledgeable and very professional; I would recommend him.

I have called them back one time to fix something little with something else and they came out quickly and did what was expected of them. They certainly were very nice to me while here both times. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I thought they were very kind and treated me well. I do not have any complaints or anything bad to say about them at all. I am not sure about the price.

This company handled all of the electrical wiring for our four bedroom, three bathroom home, and did a fine job with all of their work. I can say that we have had no electrical problematic difficulties since we have moved in, so that greatly pleases us. Their work was subbed out by our builder so what they would have been paid to hook up all of the electric work for the home would be debatable and probably unknown to us since we paid the builder directly. We were satisfied with their work though and felt that everything was done accurately, thoroughly, and correctly.

Overall the company did a great job. We were not home when they did the work but they made sure to answer all of questions and made us feel comfortable that the job would be completed correctly. The price seemed fair and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I THINK THE PRICE THEY CHARGED US WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WORKED QUICKLY BUT EFFICIENTLY. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY BECAUSE THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I TRUSTED THEM IN MY HOME.
